From those first arrivals to the quiet moments of unpacking and getting acquainted, Arcadia is starting to feel lived in. A place where everyday life can truly begin to unfold.

Seeing the village come to life and sharing these first moments with residents and families has been incredibly rewarding. There are smiles, conversations and a shared feeling that something special is beginning here.
