🦷 DO YOU HAVE A PENSIONER CONCESSION CARD OR HEALTH CARE CARD?
You may be eligible for up to $1,550 of dental treatment with $0 out-of-pocket treatment fees through the SA Dental Remote General Dental Scheme (GDS).
We have recently met several patients who held an eligible concession card but had no idea this dental assistance was available to them.
Some had been putting off important dental treatment because they thought they would have to pay the cost themselves.
We want our community to know what assistance may be available. ❤️
If you are an eligible South Australian adult and hold a current:
🔹 Pensioner Concession Card (PCC)
🔹 Health Care Card (HCC)
you may be eligible for dental treatment through the SA Dental Remote General Dental Scheme, with funding of up to $1,550 for approved treatment.
💙 $0 OUT-OF-POCKET TREATMENT FEE
Under the Remote GDS, no client co-payment is collected for approved treatment.
