It’s never just about the support.

At Care & Connect we don’t just see participants, we see people.

The parent wanting to be more involved with their family. Someone working towards their first job.
The person building the confidence to get back into the community. Someone who simply wants to feel heard, respected and included.

Because support is about more than appointments, personal care or community access.

It’s about building confidence, creating opportunities, developing independence, achieving meaningful goals and helping you live the life you choose.

Some of the biggest achievements don’t always look extraordinary.

Sometimes it’s ordering a coffee independently.
Making a new friend. Learning to cook a meal. Trying something new or simply saying, “I did that myself.”

Those moments matter and we’re privileged to be part of them. We believe every person should be recognised for who they are not defined by the challenges they face.

We take the time to listen, understand what matters most and provide support that reflects each person’s individual goals, preferences and aspirations. We’re there through the challenges, we celebrate the wins and we work alongside you every step of the way.

Happy Birthday, Sam!

What a wonderful afternoon celebrating Sam’s birthday on Thursday!

We enjoyed cake, plenty of laughs and some creative time together. It was lovely to celebrate such a special member of our Care & Connect family.

We hope you had an amazing birthday yesterday Sam and that the year ahead is filled with happiness, fun, new adventures and lots of reasons to smile.

This event is incredibly close to our hearts, bringing together our community to celebrate people of all abilities in a fun, inclusive and welcoming environment.

We’ve always wanted to create opportunities for people to connect, have fun and feel part of the community.

We know that accessible, inclusive events aren’t always easy to find and everyone deserves the chance to get dressed up, celebrate and make lasting memories with their peers and wider community.

That’s why we’re so excited to be hosting this event.

This isn’t just another event on the calendar. It’s the beginning of something we hope will become a much loved tradition in our community. A night where everyone is celebrated, friendships are made, confidence grows and memories are created.

This year’s theme: “Heroes, Legends & Superstars” is all about celebrating the people who inspire us. Whether that’s an emergency service worker, a family member, a local legend, your favourite character or simply someone who has made a difference in your life then this is your chance to celebrate them… and celebrate yourself too.

We can’t wait to see everyone dressed up, dancing, laughing and enjoying a night where everyone belongs.

Join us for a fun filled all inclusive community event as we bring the theme of heroes, legends and superstars to life. Whether it’s a real life hero, a role model, a local legend, a sporting superstar, an emergency services worker or your favourite character, this is your chance to get creative and join in the fun.

🥧 Nothing beats the smell of homemade pie 👏

Jayden independently created his own pie recipe today and brought his vision to life from start to finish. From preparing the filling to assembling and cooking the pies, he showed amazing independence, creativity and confidence in the kitchen.

Safe to say… these pies were a success! 😄
