Both yoga and meditation are in small groups so bookings are essential. We practice on the Rainforest Deck, amongst the birds and wildlife, Kewarra Bch. I also share practises monthly in Yungaburra on the tablelands. Our main practices are gentle hatha and qi yoga, meditation, Mini Temple Days, Retreats and Restorative Yoga.

I share this gift with you.
I have these little angels ✨ that live inside my heart and when I lay in bed at night they uncurl and spread their wings, flying out amongst the stars and to ‘the way beyond’… and when they’re done, they fly back home and settle down inside.
I know they’re there, I feel them … especially at night. When I wake up and say some prayers, it’s like it wakes them too. I know they take such care of me in the day and night time too.
Do you feel your angel wings I wonder … curled up deep inside ? ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨
