Why wouldn’t we plan for the best?
If you were to run a Marathon would you train accounting for a sprained ankle or a pulled hamstring? No, you would train to succeed, right?
Fear and especially fear of birth is so engrained in our culture, everyone is obsessed with the worst case scenario and often these scary, fear filled stories are all that we hear in the lead up to our births.
But what if we were to flip this story?
What if everything went perfectly?
What if you had the dream birth you always wanted?
What if you felt powerful and calm and peaceful during your birth and allowed your baby to emerge as physiologically intended soaking and soaring on the incredible and powerful waves of undisturbed hormones.
What if you planned for the best possible scenario?
What’s holding you back from embracing the best possible scenario?
When it comes to birth planning for the best is often mocked or scoffed at, when in fact creating and manifesting and taking full responsibility for your life and birth is one of the most magical things that you can do regardless of how your baby chooses to be born.
What if everything went right? What kind of mother would you be?
