Stop fighting other peoples demons! Their behaviour is their choice and you can choose to hold space or disengage.
If it’s someone you love ❤️ let the know your happy to have a conversation when they’re calm, comfortable and respectful not triggered. Nothing kind comes from conclusions only honest conversations with a new choice to move forward.
The definition of insanity, choosing the same thing over and over again expecting a different result.
You have to have full control over your own mind. Energy and actions! Not control
Over others to be happy.
Start applying the 5 elements of intimacy with yourself first to transform your relationships with others.
Trust, honour, vulnerability, gratitude, allowance!

Keep choosing what is light not heavy it’s a practice that takes time to master however even if things don’t work out as expected it’s still the more light filled path.
Step out of your comfort zone face your fears ( distracted implants) just to show how potent you are?
Life is meant to be enjoyable so spend it wisely with people who are kind and respectful and who you can laugh and cry with, it allows you to be honest & reset 🧚🏼🐕🌻💎💎. Take accountability for yourself and your actions.
Keep up with your spiritual/consciousness practices for growth.
