🌟 Celebrating two years of Michelmira at Plan di Mayor Aruba! 🌟

Two years ago, Michelmira began her journey with us as an intern. What started as an opportunity to learn soon grew into something much greater. Through her dedication, creativity and genuine commitment to children and families, she became an invaluable part of Plan di Mayor.

Michelmira did not simply stay—she grew, contributed and helped shape the KIES intervention on Aruba. From coordinating activities and supporting KIES coaches to bringing the voices and experiences of children into everything we do, her impact can be seen and felt throughout our work.

Her journey reminds us that an internship can be the beginning of something truly meaningful when talent meets opportunity, purpose and perseverance.

Dear Michelmira, thank you for believing in our mission and for giving so much of yourself to help children and young people navigate the challenges of divorce and separation. We are proud of everything you have accomplished and excited to see how your journey will continue.

🌟 Welcome to Plan di Mayor, Jaydienne! 🌟

We are delighted to welcome Jaydienne Maduro as our new intern! Jaydienne is currently in her fourth year of the Social Work and Development program at the University of Aruba.

During her internship, she will help us evaluate the effectiveness of our interventions, with a special focus on Ouderschap Blijft and its impact on both parents and their children.

Her research will provide valuable insights that can help us continue improving our services and ensure that our interventions genuinely make a positive difference in the lives of Aruban families.

We wish Jaydienne a meaningful, inspiring, and successful internship. We are very happy to have her as part of our team! 💜🧡
