Last day in Aruba! 🏖 and even through I can't help to be sad because I don't know when I'll be back to this paradise island, I'm excited to return to my 'normal' life, my man friend, my little Roxy (the doggie nugget that she is), my new .redmill family and all of my yoga students. It's definitely good to get away for a while, but it will feel really good to be back! Thank you .yoga and for being my home(s) away from home!

Important life lesson from .yoga this morning!
This morning I took one of the hardest power yoga classes I have ever taken! Maybe it's because I haven't gotten on my mat in days, just been a lump on the beach indulging in sun and island drinks. This morning it would have been just as easy to do it again, but I needed to move, more than that, I needed to he challenged - especially because I didn't want to be. Thank you so much for being exactly what I needed today, funny that is usually what I get whenever I get on me mat
