MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST WANTED

GINA Women’s Medical Services is seeking a motivated and professional Medical Receptionist to join our busy Obstetrics & Gynaecology practice.

We are looking for an individual who is:

* Professional and well-presented
* Punctual and reliable
* Friendly, courteous and patient-focused
* A strong team player
* Quick to learn and adaptable
* Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
* Technology savvy and comfortable using computer systems and office software
* Able to multitask
* Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Capable of maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Minimum Requirements:

* At least five (5) CXC subjects, including Mathematics and English Language
* Strong computer literacy
* Excellent customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory):

* Previous experience as a receptionist or having worked in a healthcare setting
* Training or certification in medical reception, office administration, or customer service 

Key Responsibilities:

* Welcoming and assisting patients
* Scheduling and managing appointments
* Answering telephone calls and responding to enquiries
* Maintaining accurate patient records
* Processing payments and handling administrative duties
* Supporting the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations
