We are proud to spotlight Ms. Adella O’Neil, Clerical Typist at Carlisle Laboratories, who represented Barbados as part of Operation Lifeline, supporting the Barbados Defence Force response team deployed to Venezuela following the devastating earthquake.

Her experience as a Medical Management Clerk highlighted the importance of adaptability, resourcefulness, teamwork and compassion and reminded us that every role, no matter how small, can make a meaningful difference.
