Caribbean Telehealthcare Services

Caribbean Telehealthcare Services We can help your loved one in the Caribbean live safely and independently in their own home for longer…. CTS is a personal alarm service.

It’s ideal for vunerable people or anyone who wants the reassurance that they are safe and able to call help immediately in the event of an emergency. How it works – a perfect mix of technology and people

CTS’s alarm unit is a simple piece of equipment, with a loudspeaker, that works using GSM (mobile phone technology). The user has a button (on a pendant worn around the neck or on the wrist) whi

ch they can press should they feel unwell or have a fall in their home. They will then be connected to and speak with a fully trained and experienced member of the CTS Monitoring Center who will arrange the appropriate help. The units also supports wireless smoke; inactivity /movement detectors; gas; falls and flood alerts - should any of these events occur, an alert will immediately be sent to the CTS Monitoring Center which will arrange the appropriate support. We also have a mobile phone with an emergency button that connects with the CTS Monitoring Center if the user has an incident away from the home, anywhere in the world. We can also track their location using GPS technology. We also provide trained and supervised HomeCare /Care giving services that range from a few hours a week support with daily living tasks such as ironing and washing to 24-hour live-in support. Immediate help at the touch of a button, 24/7

Our trained monitoring staff are here day and night, whether your loved one needs instant assistance or just someone to reassure them. If urgent help is needed, we will make sure it’s on its way as quickly as possible – whether it’s the emergency services, doctor or nurse, or the help of a named emergency contact. You are never alone with CTS. Reassurance for all the family, from just US$1.00 a day

For less than the cost of a bus ride each day, you and your loved one can have the peace of mind that help is at hand whenever it’s needed. It’s a small price to pay.
