We’re hiring an IT executive.

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated IT Executive to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to build their careers in IT support, networking, and ERP solutions. The role involves hands-on technical work, client support, and occasional field visits.
Job Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot and maintain desktop computers, laptops, and printers.
• Provide technical support to clients via remote access, phone, and on-site visits.
• Install and configure operating systems, software applications, and peripherals.
• Support basic networking tasks including TCP/IP configuration, LAN setup, and router/switch configuration.
• Monitor and resolve network connectivity and performance issues.
• Perform routine IT maintenance and maintain proper documentation of tasks and service logs.
• Coordinate with senior IT team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Ensure systems are secured with updated antivirus and basic security measures.
• Maintain inventory of hardware, software, and service records.
• Assist in ERP software support, including troubleshooting and user assistance.
• Provide basic training to clients on ERP system usage and resolve ERP-related issues.
• Be ready to work in a roster-based, on-call duty schedule when required.
• Willing to travel and provide support outside Dhaka city when necessary.
Employment Status: Full-time
Educational Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Candidates with relevant practical skills may be considered even without a formal degree.
Experience Requirements: 1–2 years
Additional Requirements:
• Basic understanding of Windows and Linux server environments.
• Knowledge of networking concepts (CCNA / MTCNA level preferred).
• Familiarity with DHCP, DNS, VPN, and firewall configuration.
• Basic experience or understanding of ERP solutions will be an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and client-handling ability.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the IT field.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Positive attitude and responsibility towards on-call support duties.
Job Location: Dhaka (with requirement to travel outside Dhaka when needed)
Salary: Negotiable (Based on experience and skills)
