Mental health deserves more than a conversation ; it deserves connection.
On 10 August 2026, Institute of Mental Health & Research brought "Mental Health Fest 2026" to Premier University, Chittagong, GEC Campus, under the theme “Creating Mental Health Awareness Through Creativity and Connection - Understand. Connect. Thrive.
From Emotional Dodgeball and Thought Burst Arena to Meme Your Mind, the Anonymous Letter Corner, psychological assessments and one-to-one conversations, we created a space where students could explore their emotions, express what often goes unspoken and connect with mental health support in a way that felt safe & engaging
What made the day truly meaningful was seeing students and teachers participate with openness and curiosity reminding us that mental health awareness doesn’t always have to begin with a seminar. Sometimes it begins with a game, a conversation, a shared feeling or simply knowing that someone is there to listen.
A heartfelt thank you to Premier University for welcoming this initiative and to everyone who participated, shared, listened and helped make the day memorable.
Because when we Understand, we begin to Connect and when we connect, we create space to Thrive.
