Please don't ask me to argue with him. Although his speech has a scientific look, they are actually garbage, misleading and a scam. You know me; I usually do not say negative things about any people. But here, I am doing my duty.
I am very weak; I am unable to stop him. But I can at least make you aware.

💊 স্টেরয়েড: জীবনরক্ষাকারী ওষুধ — কিন্তু সতর্কতা জরুরি

হাইপোপিটুইটারিজম, অ্যাড্রিনাল ইনসাফিসিয়েন্সি এবং কিছু গুরুতর হরমোনজনিত রোগে স্টেরয়েডজাতীয় ওষুধ (যেমন হাইড্রোকর্টিসোন, প্রেডনিসোলোন) রোগীর জীবন বাঁচাতে অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ।
অনেক রোগীর ক্ষেত্রে এই ওষুধ প্রতিদিন নিয়মিত খাওয়া না হলে জীবনহানিকর পরিস্থিতি তৈরি হতে পারে।

⚠️ তবে মনে রাখতে হবে —
এই ওষুধ কখনও নিজে নিজে বা ফার্মেসির পরামর্শে খাওয়া উচিত নয়।

কারণ অপ্রয়োজনীয় বা ভুলভাবে স্টেরয়েড সেবনে হতে পারে—
❌ ডায়াবেটিস
❌ উচ্চ রক্তচাপ
❌ ওজন বৃদ্ধি
❌ হাড় ক্ষয়
❌ সংক্রমণের ঝুঁকি বৃদ্ধি
❌ শরীরের নিজস্ব হরমোন উৎপাদন বন্ধ হয়ে যাওয়া

✅ তাই শুধুমাত্র নিবন্ধিত চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শ অনুযায়ী সঠিক রোগ নির্ণয়ের পর এই ওষুধ গ্রহণ করুন।
✅ যারা নিয়মিত স্টেরয়েড খান, তারা হঠাৎ ওষুধ বন্ধ করবেন না।
