প্রশ্নঃ আমাদের সেবা কেন নিবেন?
উত্তরঃ বিবাহ মানব জীবনের অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটি বিষয়। তাআমাদের সর্বোচ্চ গুরুত্বসহকারে এ কাজগুলো সম্পাদন করতে হবে।
আমরা বিজ্ঞ আইনজীবী ও ইসলামিক স্কলারদের পরামর্শ মত আপনাদের বিবাহ এবং কোর্টম্যারিজ সংক্রান্ত বিষয়ে সঠিকভাবে কাজ করে থাকি। আমাদের উদ্দেশ্য প্রতিটা নবদম্পত্তিকে বিশ্বাসযোগ্য আইন সম্মত বিয়ের দলিল করে দেওয়া যে দলিল সকল ক্ষেত্রে আইনত বৈধ বলে বিবেচিত হবে। কারণ, এ নবদম্পত্তি থেকেই আগামী দিনে একটি নতুন পরিবার এবং নতুন প্রাণের সূচনা হবে।
আমরা মনে করি আপনাদের দেয়া ডকুমেন্টগুলো যেমন জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্র, ছবি অথবা যে কোন সার্টিফিকেটর ফটোকপি আমাদের জন্য আমানত। তাই, আমরা অত্যন্ত যত্ন ও গোপনীয়তার সাথে আপনাদের সকল ডুকোমেন্ট সংরক্ষণ করিয়া থাকি। যাতে আপনাদের মূল্যবান কাগজপত্র কখনোই অন্যের হস্তগত না হয়। আমরা আমাদের অফিস থেকে কখনোই কুরিয়ারে কোন ডকুমেন্ট আপনাদের বাসার ঠিকানায় পাঠাই না।ফলে আমাদের পক্ষ থেকে অন্যদের কাছে আপনাদের গোপনীয়তা প্রকাশের কোন সম্ভাবনা থাকে না। বিয়ে বা কোর্ট ম্যারিজের কোন ছবি সোস্যাল মিডিয়া যেমন ফেসবুক, ইউটিউব, টিকটক কিংবা ইন্সটাগ্রামে আমরা প্রকাশ করি না।
আমাদের এখানে বিয়ে বা কোর্ট ম্যারিজ করালে আমরা চাহিবামাত্র আপনাদের কাবিন নামা, ম্যারিজ সার্টিফিকেট, ইংরেজি কাবিনামা সরবরাহ করিয়া থাকি। আমাদের দ্বারা কখনই কোনো সেবাগ্রহিতা হয়রানির শিকার হয়নি। ভবিষ্যতেও হবে না।ইনশাল্লাহ। আমরা বিশ্বাস করি, আপনার মাধ্যমেই আরেকজন গ্রাহক আমাদের কাছ আসবে।

Qazi office: No. There is no rule for sending letters in the case of marriage. Letters are sent only in the case of divorce. And the activities of the Qazi office are not yet digital. So it is not available online. Look, to get married by declaring Islam. So that adultery will be reduced. The marriage should be announced to everyone.
Young man: We actually wanted to get married by court marriage.

(1) Reciting the marriage vows to the bride and groom through Ijab and Qabul in accordance with Islamic Sharia, reciting the wedding sermon and finally praying and praying for happiness and prosperity in the future life of the newlyweds.
(2) Registering the cabin with the signatures of the bride and groom and the witnesses of the marriage in the officially designated registrar volume.
(3) Making a court affidavit (court marriage) by putting the photos of the bride and groom on the stamp.

প্রশ্নঃ টেলিফোনে বা ভিডিও কলে কি বিবাহ করা যায়?
উত্তরঃ একটা বিয়ের দুটি অংশ।
১। ইসলামী শরীয়াহ যা পৃথিবীর সকল মুসলিম দেশে প্রায় একই রকম।
২। সরকারীভাবে রেজিস্ট্রি।
টেলিফোনে বিয়ে আজকাল খুবই গুরুত্বপূর্ণে একটা বিষয় হয়ে গেছে। ইসলামী শরীয়তে টেলিফোনের বিয়েতে কোন বাধা নাই। টেলিফোনে বিয়ের রীতি অনেক পুরোনো । যখন ইন্টারনেট ছিল না তখনোও টেলিফোনে বিবাহ হতো। এখনতো ইন্টারনেটের কারণে ভিডিও কলে বিবাহ হয়। তাই টেলিফোনের বিবাহের নাম হয়েগেছে ভিডিও কলে বিবাহ । টেলিফোনে বিবাহের তুলনায় বরং এইসময়ের ভিডিও কলে বিবাহ আরো বেশি প্রাণবন্ত আরো বেশি বাস্তব আরো বেশি জীবনঘনিষ্ট ও আইনসম্মত।বরপক্ষ ও কনে পক্ষের উদ্দীপনা দেখে অনেক সময়তো বুঝা মুশকিল হয়ে যায় যে বিয়েটা সরাসরি হচ্ছে না ভিডিও কলে হচ্ছে। আবার বর ও কনে সাজগোজ একেবারে সরাসরি বিয়ের মতই বিয়ের মজলিশে হাজির হন।একটি বৈধ বিযের প্রায় সকল শরীয়াহ আইন ভিডিও কলের বিয়েতে প্রয়োগ হয়। ফলে-এরূপ বিয়ের পদ্ধতিটা ইসলামীক স্কলারদের মতে বৈধ বা হালাল।
বাকি রইল রেজিস্ট্রি বিষয়টি। একটি বৈধ রেজিস্ট্রি বিয়ের মত রেজিস্ট্রি বালামে প্রথমে কনে স্বাক্ষর করবে। এরপর বিয়ের উকিল এবং সাক্ষীগণ রেজিষ্ট্রারে নিজ নিজ নাম স্বাক্ষর করবেন। এখানে বরের স্বাক্ষর সংক্রান্ত একটি বিষয় থাকে যা জটিল হওয়ায় অনেকেই সঠিক ভাবে সম্পন্ন করতে পারেন না। অথচ, আইনটা জানা থাকলে বিষয় একেবারেই সহজ, মোটেও কঠিন নয়। আজ এ পর্যন্তই । সবাই ভালো থাকবেন,প্রিয়জনের খেয়াল রাখবেন।ভালোবাসার যত্ন নিবেন। আল্লাহ হাফেজ।যে কোন প্রয়োজনে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে পারেন।

I am telling you step by step what documents are required for marriage.....
Question: 1. What documents are required to register a marriage?
Answer: 1. 2 copies of photographs of the groom and the bride.
2. Photocopy of voter ID card or birth certificate of the groom and the bride.
3. Two witnesses.
4. The groom must be 21 years old and the bride must be 18 years old. (Child marriage is a punishable offense under the law)

Question: 2. How will the marriage be completed in full?
Answer:
1. The marriage of the bride and groom will be solemnized in front of witnesses by reciting the Holy Quran in a religious manner through Ijab and Qabul.
2. After the marriage ceremony, the marriage will be registered in the marriage registry record with the signatures and countersignatures of the bride and groom.
3. After the marriage, so that no one can make any complaint against anyone and so that the guardians of both parties cannot harass the validity of the marriage by making any unfair complaint, an affidavit is attached to the declaration of court marriage through an affidavit. (Optional)

Question: 3. What documents will you provide with the marriage?
Answer: You will receive two documents with the marriage.
1. Marriage registry receipt. Which will prove that you are a legal husband and wife according to the law.
2. I will provide you with the court marriage or court affidavit.
