Do this immediately:
• Cool under running water for at least 10 minutes
• Remove rings, watches, or tight items early
• Cover with a clean, non stick cloth
Avoid these common mistakes:
• No ice, toothpaste, oil, or home remedies
• Do not burst blisters
🚑 Get medical help if the burn is large, deep, or on face, hands, feet, or for children.

🔥 পোড়া লাগলে প্রথম ১০ মিনিটই সবচেয়ে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ।
এগুলো করুন:
• কমপক্ষে ১০ মিনিট ঠান্ডা পানির নিচে রাখুন
• রিং, ঘড়ি বা টাইট জিনিস দ্রুত খুলে ফেলুন
