কুরবানি ঈদ এর ছুটিতে আশে পাশের সবকিছুই বন্ধ , এর মাঝেই সারাদিনের মাংস কাটাকাটির পর হাইব্লাড প্রেসারের রোগি জব্বার ভাই সকাল থেকে রাত পর্যন্ত প্রতি বেলাই ভরপেট তেলে টই টুম্বুর রেডমিট দিয়ে গপাগপ ভাত ,পোলাও চালান করলো পেটে 😁
এখন ঘুমাবার সময় , বুকে বেথা , শ্বাস প্রশ্বাসেও কস্ট হচ্ছে , ঘামাচ্ছেও প্রচুর পরিমানে - করনীয় টা কি ??

করনীয় হলো -
১. প্রেসার মেশিন থাকলে প্রেসার চেক , হাই প্রেসার দেখালে , ডাক্তার এর রিকমেন্ডেড প্রেসার মেডিসিন খেয়ে ফেলুন।
২. এসিডিটি এর জন্যেও হতে পারে , সেইক্ষেত্রে এন্টি আলসারেন্ট মেডিসিন - ইনো, এন্টাসিড, পিপি আই গ্রপের মেডিসিন খেয়ে ফেলুন।
৩. ফুড এলার্জির জন্যও হতে পারে , সেইক্ষেত্রে এন্টি এলার্জিক মেডিসিন , ব্রনকোডায়ালেটর ধরনের মেডিসিন ব্যবহার করতে হবে / আগে ইনহেলার ব্যবহার করে থাকলে ইনহেলার ব্যবহার করতে হবে

এছাড়াও অনেক সময় , অতিরিক্ত তৈলাক্ত খাওয়া দাওয়া এর ফলে -পেট বেথা , ডায়ারিয়া, বমিও হতে পারে।

তাই প্রাথমিক ট্রিটমেন্ট এর মেডিসিন বাসায় রাখলে , কিছুটা সমস্যা লাঘব হয়ে থাকে। আরো অনেক কারন থাকতে পারে , অতিসত্তর ডাক্তারের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন এবং হাসপাতালে নিয়ে যান।
