শুক্রবার বিকাল এবং শনিবার বিকালের ব্যাচে ভর্তি চলছে। শুক্রবার সকালের ব্যাচে সিট না থাকায় নতুন করে ভর্তি নেওয়া হচ্ছে না।

আমাদের অফিসে সরাসরি এসে ভর্তি হওয়া যাবে। অফিস খোলা থাকবে প্রতি সোমাবার থেকে শুক্রবার বিকাল ৩টা থেকে রাত ৮টা পর্যন্ত। এছাড়া ব্যাংক অথবা বিকাশ নম্বরে ফি পরিশোধ করেও ভর্তি হওয়া যাবে।

কোনো প্রশ্ন থাকলে ০১৭০১৭৭১৫০০ নম্বরে যোগাযোগ করার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হলো।

’Dear all...I am afraid the pathophysiology of dengue is plasma leakage and platelet is not tha main issue...the platelet count doesn't have any prediction for bleeding, severity or poor outcome..So giving platelet as prophylaxis or treatment has no role in dengue..The mainstay management is appropriate fluid therapy and mostly it is crystalloid while with occasional colloid in shock cases..the blood products like fresh frozen plasma, cryoprecipitate albumin etc hv no role in management..Remember it's the leak of plasma leads to hypotension. So best option is plasma expander and not plasma equivalents like these blood products..these can lead to fluid overload and deleterious effect..If haematocrit lessens, give whole blood and if haematocrit rises, its colloid ...The death in dengue in BD is mostly due to over treatment with plasma, platelet cryoprecipitate etc...Watchful observation and judicious fluid is life saving..The DIC and coagulopathy corrects once the leak stops....that's it...’
