This month-long journey helps you tune into these rhythms through meditations, breathwork, gentle movement, journaling and sound.

Each week follows one phase of the moon and one stage of inner transformation.

Waning Moon : Letting Go
Release what no longer serves through cleansing breathwork and mindful movement.

New Moon : Resting in the Unknown
