Post: Behavior Therapist
Number of Positions: 2
âĸ Work: in the Office (Dhaka)
âĸ Working hours: Weekly 5 days (10 AM to 6 PM).
* Must be work in Friday & Saturday.
Eligibility:
âĸ Honors in Psychology
âĸ Master's in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Educational Psychology, School Psychology, Psychology, and child development.
Job Responsibilities
âĸ You'll provide behavior support to help individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities, such as autism.
âĸ On a day-to-day basis, your responsibilities might include writing behavior support plans, collecting data, and conducting functional assessments.
âĸ You'll work one-on-one and in groups with your patients; some of your duties will be providing instruction and conducting discrete trials.
âĸ You'll document and review progress through staff communication and charting.
âĸ You'll find ways to incorporate behavior treatment into your client's life while being careful as to how it is incorporated.
âĸ You'll communicate with teachers, family members, caregivers to make sure they are aware of how you're helping the patient.
âĸ You might train other staff members to implement ABA programs at home, in the classroom, or even virtually.
âĸ Teaching skills, reducing challenging behaviors, and reinforcing positive behaviors such as toilet training, dressing, cleaning, feeding and eating, etc.
âĸ Highly responsible and caring with child
Salary:
âĸ 2-month training period, salary 15000 TK per month.
âĸ After training or confirmation of job, 6 month provisional period salary of 34000 TK per month
âĸ After the provisional period salary will be 38,000 TK per month.
âĸ Yearly Increment, festival bonus and performance bonus (After the provisional period).
âĸ Sick leaves 8 days, annual leave 10 days, total leave 18 days.
âĸ In addition, there are also essential public holidays.
Terms and Conditions:
1. Initially, 2-year contract. You cannot leave or switch jobs within two years. You can leave the job in case of emergency, but in that case you have to give two months' notice and have to pay back to basic salary for the rest month of 2 years. You can also leave the job if you are selected for higher studies abroad and can submit appropriate proof.
2. No need to original certificate submitted. The organization never keeps your original certificate. But you have to show the original certificate and submitted its photocopy.
3. In the training period of time, you have to work extra hours to work for training purposes.
4. We are working with foreigner supervisor. In that their time zone is different and you have to work with them at their given time for supervision purpose.
