কার্পাল টানেল সিন্ড্রোম (CTS) হলো মিডিয়ান নার্ভ চেপে যাওয়ার কারণে হাতের তালু, বুড়ো আঙুল, তর্জনী ও মধ্যমা আঙুলে ব্যথা, ঝিনঝিনি বা দুর্বলতা অনুভব হওয়া। এটা সাধারণত হয় একটানা টাইপিং, রেপিটেটিভ কাজ বা গর্ভাবস্থার সময়।
