Position: Web Developer & SEO Executive / Senior Executive
Duty Station: Dhaka
Working Schedule: 5 Days a week
Key Responsibilities -
1. Website Development & Landing Page Management (Primary Focus)
• Manage, maintain, and update company websites and landing pages using WordPress, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Coordinate with external software teams (Next.js/React environments) to ensure SEO best practices, page speed optimization (Core Web Vitals), and mobile responsiveness.
• Build fast, conversion-optimized landing pages for specific medical departments, doctors, and emergency Air Ambulance services.
• Monitor uptime, SSL certificates, site speed, and form lead tracking.
2. Search Engine Optimization (Primary Focus)
• Execute end-to-end On-Page, Off-Page, and SEO to achieve top Google rankings for high-intent keywords across Bangladesh and international medical travel queries.
• Perform deep keyword research, competitor gap analysis, and content audits using tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, SE Ranking, or Moz.
• Optimize and actively manage Google Search Console (GSC), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), indexing health, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and site architecture.
• Implement structured medical data (Schema Markup such as MedicalOrganization, Hospital, FAQPage, LocalBusiness).
• Optimize multiple Google Business Profiles (GBP / Google Maps) for our Dhaka (Dhanmondi, Banani) and Chattogram offices to dominate local map searches.
3. Digital Marketing & Conversion Tracking (Secondary Focus)
• Manage Meta Business Suite and Facebook Ads Manager to execute targeted, lead-generating ad campaigns rather than simple post boosting.
• Set up and verify Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and Google Tag Manager (GTM) to accurately track WhatsApp inquiries, call clicks, and appointment form submissions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), Information Technology (IT), Marketing/MIS, or any relevant discipline with strong technical certifications.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in SEO, WordPress/Web management, and digital campaign optimization (Medical/Hospital or Service industry experience is a major plus). Freshers with an exceptional live portfolio are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in SEO Tools: Ahrefs, Semrush, SE Ranking, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
• Technical Skills: Clean understanding of HTML, CSS, WordPress CMS, Elementor, basic JavaScript, and Core Web Vitals optimization.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to read organic traffic data, diagnose crawl/indexing errors, and convert search impressions into patient inquiries.
