Key Responsibilities
• Welcome and assist parents, visitors, and clients in a professional manner.
• Handle incoming phone calls and provide accurate information.
• Coordinate appointments and maintain front desk operations efficiently.
• Maintain records, documentation, and administrative support.
• Communicate effectively with different departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
✔ Bachelor's Degree (Minimum)
✔ Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Email, and Internet applications
✔ Professional appearance with excellent interpersonal skills
✔ Previous experience in Reception, Customer Service, or Administration will be considered an advantage (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.)
