Our cardiology team successfully performed a minimally invasive mitral valve-in-valve procedure combining 𝗟𝗔𝗠𝗣𝗢𝗢𝗡 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘃𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 to manage the risk of left ventricular outflow tract (LVOT) obstruction.

LAMPOON involves intentionally splitting the anterior mitral leaflet, while valve remodelling modifies the existing valve structure to help create sufficient space for the new valve.
