Supported Table Stretch is a stretching exercise performed while using a table for support. It helps improve flexibility, mobility, and muscle length while providing stability and control during the stretch.
How to perform:
Stand facing a table.
Place your hands on the table.
Step back and gently lower your chest toward the floor while keeping your arms straight.
Feel a stretch in your shoulders, chest, and upper back.
Hold for 20–30 seconds and breathe normally.
Purpose:
Improves shoulder mobility, stretches the chest and upper back muscles, and promotes better posture.
