💊 রোসুভাস্টাটিন কী?
• এটি একটি স্ট্যাটিন ওষুধ
• LDL কোলেস্টেরল কমাতে ব্যবহৃত হয়
• HMG-CoA reductase এনজাইম ব্লক করে কাজ করে

⚠️ সাধারণ পার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়া
• পেশিতে ব্যথা (মায়ালজিয়া)
• মাথাব্যথা
• হালকা গ্যাস্ট্রিক সমস্যা
• দুর্বল লাগা

🦵 পেশির সমস্যা (মায়োপ্যাথি)
• পেশিতে ব্যথা বা দুর্বলতা
• CK লেভেল বেড়ে যেতে পারে
• দীর্ঘদিন থাকলে চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শ জরুরি

🚨 গুরুতর জটিলতা
• র‍্যাবডোমায়োলাইসিস (বিরল কিন্তু গুরুতর)
• গাঢ় রঙের প্রস্রাব
• তীব্র পেশি ব্যথা
• কিডনির ক্ষতির ঝুঁকি

🩺 লিভার ও মেটাবলিক প্রভাব
• ALT / AST বেড়ে যেতে পারে
• লিভারে সমস্যা হতে পারে
• ডায়াবেটিসের ঝুঁকি সামান্য বাড়তে পারে

📌 যাদের ঝুঁকি বেশি
• বেশি ডোজ গ্রহণ করলে
• বয়স্ক ব্যক্তিদের
• কিডনি সমস্যায়
• হাইপোথাইরয়েডিজম থাকলে
• কিছু ওষুধের সাথে একসাথে খেলে

✅ করণীয়
• পেশিতে ব্যথা হলে দ্রুত জানাতে হবে
• প্রয়োজনে CK পরীক্ষা করতে হবে
• লিভার ফাংশন টেস্ট (LFT) করা দরকার হতে পারে
• গুরুতর সমস্যা হলে ওষুধ বন্ধ বা পরিবর্তন করা হতে পারে

তীব্র পেশি ব্যথা, দুর্বলতা বা গাঢ় প্রস্রাব হলে দ্রুত চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শ নিন।
