The Compassion Collaborative

The Compassion Collaborative The Compassion Collaborative offers evidence-based mental health support designed around you. Founded in 2025.

In a safe, inclusive space, you can seek support, feel understood, and move toward your own psychological wellbeing. The Compassion Collaborative (TCC) is a value-driven, ethically grounded mental health organisation in Bangladesh, offering thoughtful, evidence-based support for individuals, families, and communities. We provide a full spectrum of mental health services designed to meet people where they are—whether you are looking for a place to begin, seeking clarity, or working through something more deeply over time. As one of the first in Bangladesh to introduce Single Session Therapy (SST), TCC focuses on creating accessible entry points to care alongside longer-term support when needed. Our services include:
• Psychological and behavioural assessments
• Single Session Therapy (SST)
• Individual psychotherapy
• Couples therapy
• Systemic family therapy (SFT)
• Parent and caregiver counselling
• Psychiatric consultations
• Support groups

We also work with organisations, institutions, and professionals to build healthier, more supportive environments where people can function and grow with greater wellbeing. For organisations and professionals, we offer:

• Workplace wellbeing and employee support programs
• Training and workshops for diverse teams and professional groups
• Clinical supervision for mental health professionals

At the heart of TCC is a simple belief: when people are met with compassion, safety, and understanding, something begins to shift. Our role is not to direct that journey, but to walk alongside it—creating space for people to move forward in their own way, and at their own pace.
