Reinforcer struggle কমানোর কিছু উপায়

✅ Reinforcer assessment করুন
Observe করুন শিশুটি naturally কোন জিনিসের দিকে যায়।
✅ Multiple reinforcers রাখুন
একটা না, অনেক option রাখুন।
✅ Reinforcer rotate করুন
একই জিনিস continuously ব্যবহার করবেন না।
✅ Easy tasks mix করুন
শুধু difficult demand দিলে motivation কমে যায়।
✅ Pair yourself with fun
শিশু যেন therapist/parent-কে fun person হিসেবে দেখে।

ABA Therapy-তে Echoic হলো Verbal Behavior-এর একটি কাজ, যেখানে অন্যের বলা sound বা word শুনে child সেটি repeat করার চেষ্টা করে। 🗣️

SEBA-তে আমরা fun activities, reinforcement এবং interaction-এর মাধ্যমে Echoic Skill develop করার চেষ্টা করি। ❤️

🌱 বিহেভিয়ার থেরাপিস্টের স্ট্রাগল 🌱

একজন বিহেভিয়ার থেরাপিস্ট শুধু স্কিল শেখায় না, প্রতিদিন ধৈর্য, ইমোশন, চ্যালেঞ্জ আর অনেক চাপ সামলে কাজ করে। 💙

কখনো প্রগ্রেস ধীরে হয়, কখনো সেশন খুব কঠিন যায়…
তবুও বাচ্চার ছোট্ট একটা ইমপ্রুভমেন্ট সব কষ্ট ভুলিয়ে দেয়। ✨

আলহামদুলিল্লাহ — এই সুন্দর জার্নির অংশ হতে পেরে। 🤍

অনুকরণ হলো শেখার প্রথম ধাপ। 👶
একটি শিশু যখন অন্যের কাজ দেখে একই কাজ করার চেষ্টা করে—যেমন হাততালি দেওয়া, Bye বলা, খেলনা ব্যবহার করা—তখন সেটাই অনুকরণ।

এবিএ (ABA) থেরাপিতে অনুকরণ দক্ষতা খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ কারণ এর মাধ্যমে শিশু নতুন অনেক কিছু শিখতে পারে। 💡

✅ অনুকরণ শেখার উপকারিতা:

🔹 যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা বাড়ে
🔹 সামাজিক মিথস্ক্রিয়া উন্নত হয়
🔹 নির্দেশ মানতে শেখে
🔹 খেলাধুলা ও গ্রুপ অ্যাক্টিভিটিতে অংশ নিতে পারে
🔹 নতুন স্কিল দ্রুত শেখে

🎯 কীভাবে অনুকরণ শেখানো হয়?

✔️ সহজ অ্যাকশন দিয়ে শুরু করা হয়
✔️ থেরাপিস্ট বা অভিভাবক মডেল দেখান
✔️ শিশু সঠিকভাবে করলে প্রশংসা বা রিওয়ার্ড দেওয়া হয় 🌈

ABA সেশনে থেরাপিস্ট শিশুকে বিভিন্ন ছবি, রং, অক্ষর বা বস্তু দেখিয়ে matching করতে বলেন।
ধাপে ধাপে practice ও reinforcement এর মাধ্যমে শিশু শিখে যায় কীভাবে সঠিকভাবে, দ্রুত ও independentভাবে match করতে হয়। ✨
