🧠 ADHD কী? সব সময় অস্থির মানেই কি ADHD?

আপনার শিশু কি এক জায়গায় বসে থাকতে পারে না?
কথা বলার সময় বারবার অন্যদিকে মনোযোগ চলে যায়?
কোনো কাজ শুরু করে শেষ করতে কষ্ট হয়?

💙 এসব লক্ষণ থাকলেই ADHD নিশ্চিত বলা যায় না।

ADHD (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder) হলো একটি Neurodevelopmental Condition, যা শিশুর মনোযোগ, আচরণ নিয়ন্ত্রণ এবং অতিরিক্ত অস্থিরতার সঙ্গে সম্পর্কিত হতে পারে।

ADHD-এর সাধারণ বৈশিষ্ট্য

🔹 Inattention — মনোযোগ ধরে রাখতে, নির্দেশনা অনুসরণ করতে বা কাজ গুছিয়ে করতে অসুবিধা।

🔹 Hyperactivity — অতিরিক্ত নড়াচড়া, অস্থিরতা বা এক জায়গায় বসে থাকতে কষ্ট হওয়া।

🔹 Impulsivity — চিন্তা করার আগেই কথা বলা বা কাজ করে ফেলা, নিজের পালার জন্য অপেক্ষা করতে অসুবিধা।

💡 একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয়

ADHD মানে এই নয় যে শিশু দুষ্ট, অলস বা ইচ্ছা করে কথা শুনছে না। প্রতিটি শিশুর আচরণ ও উপস্থাপন ভিন্ন হতে পারে।

সময়মতো Assessment এবং প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী সঠিক Support শিশুর শেখা, আচরণ এবং দৈনন্দিন জীবনকে আরও সহজ করতে সাহায্য করতে পারে।
