60 years old male with no history of DM, HTN or any other disease, suddenly developed unconsciousness. No history of fever, convulsion, vomiting or any sorts of trauma to the head. Now GCS 4 out of 15. Bilaterally pin point pupil. Bilateral planter response is extensor. Neurosurgeon planned for conservative management and said that he has poor prognosis.

A hypertensive (6 yrs - on irregular medication), non-diabetic, 36 years old female, was brought to us with the history of sudden onset of severe headache followed by unconsciousness and two episodes of vomiting. Now she is on mechanical ventilation.

Location of the hemorrhage suggests probable ACOM aneurysm rupture on which she doesn't have any control. But she could take her antihypertensive medication regularly. It also can't be said that, regular medication could save her. Rather we can surely say that it would increase the chance of delaying the incidence.

So, take your medication regularly and seek regular proper consultation from the specialists.

A diabetic, hypertensive male of 65 years of age came to us with the history of sudden onset of unconsciousness followed by fall and convulsrion of one episode. Now GCS 3, pupil dilated, fixed.

32 years old female with history of hypertension for 3-4 years who was on regular antihypertensive medications developed sudden severe pain followed by unconsciousness. Now on mechanical ventilator. Pupil unequal and responds to pain with decerebrate posturing. Surgeon planned conservative management.

বর্তমানে বাচ্চাদের কথা বার্তা ও আচরণগত যে সমস্যা দেখা দিচ্ছে তার জন্য বাবা মা র বাচ্চা পালনের দৃষ্টিভঙ্গি আর ইন্সট্রুমেন্ট এর অনাকাংখিত ব্যবহারই দায়ী।

সময়ের এক ফোড় আর অসময়ের দশ ফোড়ের মত মা বাবা রা সময়মত বাচ্চার কেয়ার না নিয়ে অসময়ে যত্নবান হচ্ছে আর অটিজম নামক অভিশাপের অংশীদার হচ্ছে।

কথা না বলা বা কম কথা বলা অটিজমের সাইন হলেও কথা না বললেই অটিজম নয়।
