REIKI SELF-HEALING (First Degree)
Reiki self-healing is a spiritual healing modality that enables you to be healed in your mind, body and soul. It is a medium ship of universal energy through your own hands. It’s a wonderful gift of nature, and it can heal almost every imbalances of life whether it’s physical or mental. It gives mental clarity, relieves anxiety and depressions and help to balance inner and spiritual well-being. Reiki by words, meaning ‘life force energy’ is considered to be a huge blessing from the highest power.
Reiki is being practiced by millions of people from around the world and people are getting many benefits out of. It is also being practiced in hospitals in some western countries along with traditional treatment. It is approved as a complementary treatment and considered one of the best alternative modality due to its very natural format of healing. In Reiki you use your two palms to heal the points of your chakras. Chakras are the energy points/wheels. And you need to be attuned by a reiki master before you start heal yourselves.
It is said that the spiritual guidance enables Reiki (energy flow) to flow through the affected parts of the body’s energy field and charges them with needed energy. It raises awareness in and around the physical body where negative thoughts and feelings are contained. It causes the negative energies and toxins such as stress, anxiety, physical pain, sadness, confusions etc. to loosen its grip. Thus one who is suffering in bad mood, anxieties, depressions, traumas and other disorder, can be benefited through Reiki self-healing. Reiki healing has three levels (degree), first degree, second degree and third or master’s degree.
Who can learn Reiki?
Anybody can learn Reiki. Since Reiki is not a religion and as it is universal, people can come from any discipline or background, it is an open source, the only thing you need to have is your pure intention and acceptance in order to learn this beautiful healing modality. You can learn it at any age.
