Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist (Healthcare/Videography Focus)
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist with strong technical and videography skills. This role is crucial for capturing, producing, and managing high-quality, professional video content from doctor-patient interactions (with strict adherence to privacy laws), driving engagement across key digital platforms (Facebook and Google), and analyzing campaign performance to optimize our digital presence and outreach.
Key Responsibilities
1. Video Production & Content Creation
=> Video Capture/Recording: Set up, operate, and maintain professional video and audio equipment to record sensitive doctor-patient interactions and other practice-related content (e.g., educational videos, doctor interviews).
=> Post-Production & Editing: Edit raw footage into high-quality, engaging, and professional final videos optimized for various platforms (Facebook, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.).
Incorporate graphic elements, text overlays, music, and sound mixing to maintain a consistent, professional brand aesthetic.
2. Digital Marketing & Campaign Management
=> Content Deployment: Upload, optimize (SEO titles, descriptions, tags), and post finished video content and other creative assets across our page, Google Business Profile, and other relevant channels.
=> Develop and implement paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads (PPC).
=> Manage campaign budgets, set target audiences, and continuously monitor ad delivery for optimal spend efficiency.
3. Data Analysis & Reporting
=> Campaign Analysis: Use platform-specific analytics tools (Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc.) to meticulously track, measure, and analyze the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and organic content.
=> Key metrics include: impressions, engagement, conversion rates, cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and ROI.
=> Reporting & Optimization: Generate regular, clear, and actionable performance reports for management.
=> Provide data-driven recommendations to refine targeting, improve ad creative, and optimize campaign strategies for better results.
Required Skills & Qualifications
=> Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, Media Production, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Technical & Videography Expertise:
=> Proven experience operating professional video and audio recording equipment.
=> Proficiency in professional video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
=> Strong understanding of digital video formats, compression, and delivery for web and social media.
Digital Marketing Proficiency:
=> Demonstrable experience managing and executing paid campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
=> Familiarity with Google Analytics and SEO best practices.
Soft Skills:
=> Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work in a sensitive, high-stakes healthcare environment.
=> Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
=> Strong organizational and project management skills.
Duty Time: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: Negotiable (based on skills and experience)
