40-year-old patient presented with complaints of blurred vision in the left eye. On examination, the best-corrected visual acuity was 6/36 in the left eye and 6/6 in the right eye. Comprehensive ocular evaluation revealed a complete coloboma involving the left eye.

An 80-year-old patient presented with a hypermature cataract and lower lid entropion in the right eye.
The entropion was corrected 3 weeks ago using the Wies procedure, with satisfactory postoperative lid position and healing.

The patient is now being planned for cataract surgery in the same eye.
