Rowza, 9 years old girl has suffering from Autism spectrum disorder was given autologous stem cell therapy by me under our department of general and advanced pediatric surgery and stem cell therapy unit at bangladesh Shishu Hospital and Institute. She is the first girl in bangladesh suffering autism spectrum disorder underwent stem cell therapy.
She is now doing well than previous acvording to her parents.
This is a newer therapy in autism spectrum disorder.
I am also giving stem cell in cerebral palsy, Duchene muscular dystrophy, Neurogenic bladder, bladder and bowel incontinence following Anorectal malformation and Hirschprung disease.

Significant vomiting of a child:
1.Bile mixed vomiting
2. Blood mixed vomiting
3. Persistent vomiting
4. Projectile vomiting
5. Vomiting associated with failure to thive

Everyone must become careful if anyone of above is happening with your child

3 days boy presented with bilious vomiting failure to pass meconium and abdominal distension. Perinatal period was uneventful. Xray showed multiple distented bowel loops without fluid level and absent gas in lower abdomen.
I operated on that baby and found meconium ileus. Bishop koop ileostomy done.
