A Lotus Rising Collective Journey for Grounded Power, Integrity & Wholeness

The lotus rises from the deepest mud-rooted, steady, and alive with purpose.

This sacred gathering heals the masculine root - the place of grounding, protection, and life-force from which a man’s presence grows. We meet the personal, cultural, and relational “mud” that has shaped us, opening a path toward clarity, integrity, and strength.

*Note this Men's circle is part of a triad of ‘Lotus Rising’ Men’s, Women’s, and Together Circles which will be hosted monthly to build a growing community Rising together 

✨ Why This Circle Exists

Across generations, men carry unspoken wounds that may show up as:

• Emotional shutdown or difficulty expressing vulnerability

• Pressure to be strong, silent, or self-reliant

• Confusion around power, anger, boundaries, or responsibility

• Repeating relational patterns or loss of purpose

These patterns are not personal failures. They arise from cultural conditioning, relational experiences, and unprocessed emotional weight.

The first time i ever held a symbol of masculinity was an Aikido sword. When it was given to me, it felt as if I was united with a part of myself. It held so many meanings for me. It was as if things made sense. AIKIDO is an art of defending oneself while protecting the attacker. It made so much sense how this can link to healthy masculinity, where men don't have to destroy and conquer. They don't have to be loud to be powerful. They don't have to prove that they are men by following patriarchy when it's not aligned with their true selves.
A man's power is in how he loves, provides & protects not only his surroundings but himself as well. A man's power is in how he gets up when he is down and in accepting himself while doing that.
Thank you to the man who handed me this sword when I needed it the most 🙂. I hope I can give that to a brother at the right time.
