The same is true when you’re around horses. Does your presence create fear or safety?

Horses will show you immediately what your inner state is, especially when your outer state and inner state don’t match.

The safer they feel around you, the closer they will come.

This was one of my very first Reiki sessions. Esaiiah spent most of the session standing very close to my client.

Both felt safe, allowing deep and emotional release to unfold naturally. ❤️

There is something truly special about having a horse fall asleep over your body. 🤍🐴

During a session, you can simply relax. Leave your eyes open and gaze at the sky, or close them and sink deeper into the experience.

And when something beautiful happens with the horses, I gently invite my clients to open their eyes and witness it. Those moments are never planned, yet they often become the most meaningful part of the session.

No cues. No commands. No training.

Just a horse choosing to come closer.
A dog choosing to rest.
And a client receiving Reiki in the middle of it all.

Animals don’t respond to our words.
They respond to our energy.

When we slow down, soften, and become present, they often show us exactly whether they feel safe or not.

This is why I love offering Reiki with horses in nature. Every session unfolds differently, but the wisdom of the animals is always part of the experience. ❤️‍🩹🐴🐕

Tijdens een -sessie gaan paarden vaak kauwen, likken, geeuwen, hun ogen sluiten of zelfs in slaap vallen.

Sommigen gaan liggen, rollen, schudden zich of hun onderlip en kaak volledig.

Paarden zijn heel gevoelig voor Reiki- . Ze reageren ook heel zacht wanneer er een klant op een massagetafel tussen de kudde ligt.

Ik kom ook aan huis en geef Reiki met en/of voor en honden.

Reiki kan helpen om te ontspannen, pijn te verminderen en spanning of los te laten.

Er ontstaat een veilige ruimte waarin gevoelens die misschien jarenlang zijn onderdrukt, eindelijk gevoeld mogen worden.

Voor zowel paard als eigenaar.

Het is één van de mooiste ervaringen die ik ken: mensen laten kennismaken met Reiki en zien hoe paarden veranderen, zachter worden en helemaal tot rust komen.

Ongeacht wat ze in hun leven hebben meegemaakt.
