Why are so many people afraid of fasting?
Maybe because we've forgotten that our bodies were designed for it.
For thousands of years, humans naturally moved through periods of feast and famine. We didn't have constant access to food, snacks, or sugar every few hours. Yet our bodies adapted beautifully.
Fasting isn't a punishment or a trend. It's a natural state that gives the digestive system a break and allows the body to shift into repair and renewal mode.
Perhaps the real question isn't whether your body can fast.
It's whether we've become too disconnected from what our bodies have always known.
