Pregnancy is not always glowing skin and beautiful moments.

Sometimes it’s:
👉 fear
👉 loneliness
👉 guilt
👉 exhaustion
👉 not recognising yourself anymore

But most women stay quiet about it.

Especially when they are far from home.
Far from family.
Far from their usual support system.

So they smile.
Say “I’m fine.”
And carry everything alone.

This might sound uncomfortable. But it needs to be said.

A coach can create pelvic floor dysfunction without even noticing it.

Not because they want to harm women.

But because many coaches were never taught:
✔ pressure management
✔ pelvic floor response
✔ postpartum recovery
✔ how pregnancy changes the body

So they keep coaching women like: regular gym womens.

And women end up:
🚩 leaking
🚩 feeling pressure
🚩 disconnected from their body
🚩 afraid to move

…while being told: “that’s normal after having a baby”

No.

Common? Yes.
Normal? No.

The one who is healing.
The one who is rebuilding.

But almost nobody asks: How is SHE doing?

And that’s a valid question.

Because exercise is beneficial, but only when it’s done with awareness.

Your body is constantly giving you feedback.

The problem is: most women are not taught how to read it.

These are not “normal discomforts”.

They are signs to stop and reassess.

💛 Training safely is not about avoiding movement.

It’s about understanding your body.

And knowing the difference between:

✔ effort
❌ warning

The biggest mistake coaches make?

Thinking this is about aesthetics.

“Helping her get her body back.”
“Getting stronger.”
“Feeling fit again.”

That’s surface level.

Because what you’re actually doing is:

👉 influencing pressure
👉 affecting pelvic floor function
👉 shaping recovery
👉 impacting long-term health

And if you don’t understand that…

You’re not just making small mistakes.

You’re creating problems.

That don’t show up immediately.

But they show up later:

Leakage.
Pain.
Dysfunction.

And then the woman thinks: “my body is broken”

When in reality, it was never guided properly.

And it’s important to say it clearly, with respect.

The fear of miscarriage is real.
And many women are told to “be careful” without really understanding what that means.

But avoiding movement completely is not what protects your pregnancy.

In a healthy pregnancy, exercise does not increase the risk of miscarriage.

What matters is:

✔ how you move
✔ how you adapt
✔ how you are guided

💛 You don’t need fear. You need clarity.

And when you understand what your body needs, movement becomes something that supports you.

Not something to be afraid of.
