Oui. Botox, acide hyaluronique, mésothérapie. Ces outils font partie de ma pratique au même titre que la chirurgie.
Mais mon objectif ne change pas selon le geste. Qu'il s'agisse d'une rhinoplastie ou d'une injection, je pars du même principe : ne pas transformer un visage. Le respecter.
Un visage injecté qui fait son âge, qui bouge naturellement, qui reste reconnaissable — c'est ça le but. Pas l'effacement. La subtilité.

People often ask me: do I do injections?
Yes. Botox, hyaluronic acid, mesotherapy. These tools are part of my practice just as much as surgery.
But my objective does not change with the gesture. Whether it is a rhinoplasty or an injection, I start from the same principle: not to transform a face. To respect it.
A face that looks its age gracefully, moves naturally, stays recognisable — that is the goal. Not erasure. Subtlety.

نعم. البوتوكس، حمض الهيالورونيك، الميزوثيرابي. هذه الأدوات جزء من ممارستي تماماً كالجراحة.
لكن هدفي لا يتغير بتغيّر الإجراء. سواء كانت عملية تجميل للأنف أو حقنة، أنطلق من نفس المبدأ: لا لتحويل الوجه. بل لاحترامه.
وجه يبدو في عمره بأناقة، يتحرك بشكل طبيعي، ويبقى معروفاً، هذا هو الهدف. ليس المحو. بل الخفاء.

La plupart des gens l'ignorent : avant d'opérer un seul nez cosmétique, j'ai passé des années à reconstruire des visages après des accidents.
La chirurgie reconstructrice ne laisse pas de place aux tendances. Chaque décision est fonctionnelle. On travaille autour des nerfs, des vaisseaux, des tissus que le corps a mis une vie à construire.
Quand je me suis tourné vers l'esthétique, cette base m'a suivi. Un résultat vraiment naturel, c'est celui qu'on ne remarque pas. On ne remarque que le nez qui n'est pas juste.
Quand un patient me dit que son résultat ne ressemble à rien de fait, c'est le plus beau des compliments.

Reconstructive surgery leaves no room for trends. Every decision is functional. You work around nerves, vessels, tissue layers the body spent a lifetime building.

When a patient tells me their result looks like nothing was done, that is the finest compliment I can receive.

معظم الناس لا يعلمون: قبل أن أُجري أي عملية تجميل للأنف، أمضيتُ سنوات في إعادة بناء الوجوه بعد الحوادث.
جراحة إعادة البناء لا تترك مجالاً للاتجاهات. كل قرار وظيفي. تعمل حول الأعصاب والأوعية وطبقات الأنسجة التي بناها الجسم طوال عمره.
حين تحوّلتُ إلى الجراحة التجميلية، جاءت معي هذه القاعدة. النتيجة الطبيعية حقاً هي التي لا يلاحظها أحد. لا تلاحظ إلا الأنف الذي ليس في مكانه.
حين يقول لي مريض أن نتيجته لا تبدو مصنوعة، فهذا أجمل إطراء يمكن أن أتلقّاه.

Ce n'est pas une intervention qui transforme. C'est une intervention qui libère. Le regard retrouve sa clarté, sa légèreté, sa présence.

La rhinoplastie féminine, c'est avant tout une question d'harmonie. Pas de transformation radicale. Pas de nez standard. Un résultat qui appartient au visage de cette patiente.
Dans ce cas, j'ai travaillé la bosse dorsale et la pointe pour créer un profil plus doux et équilibré, tout en préservant le caractère naturel du visage.
Le but n'est jamais d'effacer. C'est de révéler.

Kilian est venu me voir pour une otoplastie — une correction des oreilles décollées.
Le résultat était naturel. Discret. Exactement ce qu'il voulait.
Ce qu'il ne prévoyait pas ? Que sa propre mère ne le reconnaisse pas.
Parfois, le meilleur signe d'une bonne chirurgie, c'est que personne ne remarque l'opération — sauf peut-être les proches. 😄

Retrouver son image, c’est parfois retrouver une partie de soi.

Cette patiente présentait un diastasis important qui, avec le temps, donnait un aspect de ventre persistant. Au-delà du changement physique, cela avait un réel impact sur sa confiance et sur sa façon de se sentir au quotidien.

L’abdominoplastie avec réparation du diastasis a permis de restaurer le soutien abdominal et de redéfinir les contours naturellement.

Mais le plus important n’est pas seulement le changement visible. C’est retrouver le plaisir de s’habiller, se sentir mieux dans son corps et reprendre confiance en soi.

La cicatrice a été placée dans la ligne des sous vêtements afin de rester discrète.

Ce moment avant l’intervention, je ne le prends jamais à la légère.
Un patient qui entre au bloc porte bien plus qu’une demande esthétique. Il porte une confiance totale, une vulnérabilité, une espérance. Mon rôle commence bien avant le premier geste chirurgical.
L’accompagnement, la présence, la réassurance. Ce sont des soins à part entière.
Puis vient l’intervention. Et après, le résultat. Mais ce que cette vidéo montre vraiment, c’est ce qu’il y a entre les deux.
