What a month. 🌿
It started with the Women’s Health Symposium where I had the privilege of speaking on a topic very close to my heart — why painful periods are not normal. The response was beyond what I expected, and I am already looking forward to coming back as a speaker next year.
From there, straight to Italy for an advanced Fascial Manipulation® course with the wonderful Francesco Motton — one of those learning experiences that reminds you exactly why you chose this path.
A one-day escape to the Dolomites somewhere in between — because even the most motivated physiotherapist needs mountains occasionally. 🏔️
And then the Annual Congress of Fascial Manipulation® — always one of the highlights of my year. Walking into that room and seeing familiar faces from around the world, feeling the warmth and support of this community — it never gets old. It genuinely feels like coming home.
Garfield, the resident ginger cat who greets me every time I’m in Italy, perfectly summarised how we all felt by the end. Tired. Deeply satisfied. But tired.
And yet — no rest just yet! This Thursday we are launching our first free online webinar in French for clinicians interested in Fascial Manipulation® by Stecco. We have also confirmed the dates for our first courses in Belgium in 2027 — and there is always more to come.
Watch this space. 😊
