Dear beautiful friends,
Do you feel sometimes you forget things or out of balance, stress or burn out?
And you miss a lot of things to achieve. Although somehow you manage to achieve your goal.. but than you still get burnout. And we questioned ourselves how could that be?
Well here is based on my own experience.
I have been living 8 year in Europe. I rebuilt my life from scratch. I reached out almost every singel goal I listed. But one day I found myself just crying not knowing why. So I looked again from the day I started. I made small steps, Even If I bumbed my head into a wall I would not felt it cos I was too busy. I could care less what my body actually told me. Although I screamed “stop! breath!” I just simply ignore. I lost focus and it was exhausting. I was tired from all the chaos I have been through to achieve that goal, I became unhappy person. At the end your is your goal. Your body is nothing but a body, Which probably fall apart without you even realise that.
At some point I realised I was out of control, lack of focus, which actually what we need to create great performance. And with great performance we can creat great experience. Not just to ourselves and our personal life but to our colleagues, clients and the company.
With great experience definitely we only invite more people.
But yet we all think it is hard to get. Actually it is not. We are all lack of focus at some point only because it gets too much. Too much at home, too much at work, too much driving, which we all think it is important to get all in order. I understand.. but it s also important not to lose yourself in the process.
So if you think, you are lack of focus
Try this
* Take a short pause during your work to stretch your arms up, left and right
* I know it is hard but try to sleep on time
* Instead of energy drink or coffee, try to drink water or water with mixed fruit if you like some taste.
* Meditate. If you are new, There are alot of free guided meditation on the internet.
* Ask your loved ones at home to give you 5 to 10min massage from your shoulder up to your neck. It shouldn't be too much to ask. And do the same to her/him.
* I know how it feels when deadline is close. But rushing, forcing energy wont make it any better. I understand the frustration, Take a deep breath, and take it one thing at a time.
As much as we all love the money, the big house, a cool ride, the party, all the benefits from all the hard work or for some of us who just work to pay the bill. It s also important putting balance in our lives.
With focus we can all think better, manage better, work better and everything only for better result.
