Natalie combines Breathwork with bodywork, movement, expression and sound with a focus on trauma integration & tension release. Natalie is a London based practitioner, also offering breathwork and embodiment practices in sessions, retreats, trainings and workshops around the world. She supports clients to transform into a healthier, more vibrant version of themselves. Over the past 15 years, Natal

ie has participated in several, breath orientated trainings and mentorships over the years - Biodynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release (BBTR), Quantum Light Breath, Inspirational Breathing, Biodynamic Intuitive Breathwork, Soma Rasa, Pranayama and Breathing in the classroom. She has a passion for guiding others in how to utilise the breath in several ways to support body, mind and spirit, regardless of age, circumstances or physical ability. Her work is often combined with a complementary body of work such as yoga or artistic expression. All events and sessions are held with a trauma-informed approach. Alongside Evolve Breath & Body, it is her honour to work with the Biodynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release Institute as a training facilitator, supporting one-to-one sessions and facilitating their events around the world.

Fai and I discuss how important it is to be mindful of judgement, language, and expectations. As facilitator’s, remaining open and curious is the key.

We also discuss how we can co-create safety with clients, and introduce movement into sessions as a form of focus and regulation.

Something I can’t overemphasise enough as a Breathwork facilitator is SELF CARE.

Many of us don’t even know what self care feels like. Many of us have been taught to believe that self care is selfish.

Self care is refilling the cup. Total rejuvenation. To be able to give from a place of plenty.

It took me years to know what self care was. What it felt like. And how to give myself permission to do that. And that it is absolutely essential when you are supporting others.

Self care is going to be different for everyone. For me, it’s all of the above. Barefoot walks. Being in and around water, forests, and mountains. Fresh air. Breathwork. Good food. Connecting with my body. Art, architecture, history, music. Travel. Time away from devices. And remembering who I am beyond my roles as a teacher, a facilitator, a friend etc… I get to be with me, without compromise. It took time to get there. It took learning boundaries. It took ferocious self love and knowing my worth….. and I’m still learning.

Ready to head back to London tmrw, full of inspiration and energy. 🔥

I’m seeing it everywhere… frazzled nervous systems, migraines, tense jaw, uncertainty, sleeplessness, over-giving, loss of connection to self… it’s a LOT.

I’ve created this retreat for those of you who relate to the above ⬆️ ….

Those of you who are looking for an immersion into conscious connected Breathwork which is held in a trauma informed way….

It’s for those of you who prefer a more individualised approach to breathwork … not one size fits all.

It’s for those of you who prefer something a bit more rustic than a 5 star retreat.

For those of you who are looking to take a little step outside of your comfort zone…

It’s for those of you who have unprocessed emotions and unintegrated trauma….

It’s for those of you who feel depleted from the online world and ready to connect in real-time with like-minded humans…

We’ll be on a rooftop in a Goan village, looking over lush green fields, with roaming buffalo and eagles.

It’s simple, rustic and natural. There isn’t a spa, but there is a lot of magic…. And plenty of beaches, cafes, restaurants, adventures and live performances.

This place always reminds me of who I truly am outside of city life. There is something about walking barefoot, meditating on the beach, eating fresh local food, and the relaxed vibe of the locals that really soothes me. Not to mention the incredible global community made up of world class musicians, performers and artists.

Just writing about this is getting me really excited about going back there!

The early bird price is £675 until August 1st.

We’ll meet, have an intro to the work, find the rhythm of breath that works for you… and after the Breathwork journey, we’ll have some integration, shares and Q&A.

This will be the last short group session for a while.

The next event is the Day Retreat in Fulham in June.
