Surya Maarten
The first time I (Sophie) met Maarten, he shared his dream with me: a place where people could come together and dive deep within. A place of interspiritual community also, where we can share the joy of our being and where he and others could share their wisdom. A few months later, this dream was a reality as Akasha was up and running.
Maarten led this center with so much dedication through the many highs but also through the challenges. It was pure devotion that kept him going.
Besides managing the center he shared / shares his sound healing courses and his wisdom of meditation and self realization through different workshops and retreats.
His passion for music and sound enriches the silence in himself and others.
And his silence keeps on enriching his work in sound.
Meanwhile he is putting the last hand on his new album that is coming out soon! He also has the podcast Sounds of Awakening and continues to give retreats and workshops that take you deep within.
