You know you need to hydrate in the heat. But not every product does the same job, and the right choice depends on how you train and how much you sweat.
Precision Hydration electrolyte tablets come in three strengths: PH500, PH1000 and PH1500. With up to 1500mg of sodium per litre, they are the go-to for very hot days, long intense efforts and heavy, salty sweaters who lose more than water alone can replace. And thanks to their mild, light citrus taste, they never get in the way of your training.

The 6d Xtra Drink is sugar free and calorie free, with 5 electrolytes and several refreshing fruit flavours. Perfect for daily hydration and warm days when you want something tasty in your bottle.

And the Precision Fuel & Hydration Carb & Electrolyte Drink Mix delivers 30g of carbs and 500mg of sodium per 500ml, for any session or race where fuelling and hydration go hand in hand.

Three products. Three different jobs. One that fits your training.
Swipe through to find yours, and stop guessing at the shelf.

Most athletes think they know how to hydrate. But in the heat, the usual rules stop working.
Drinking only when you are thirsty. Reaching for plain water. Waiting until training starts. These habits feel right, but on a hot day they leave you dizzy, cramping and underperforming without knowing why.
The good news is that hydrating smarter does not take more effort. It just takes the right approach.
Swipe through to see the four hydration myths that are quietly holding your summer performance back, and how to fix each one.

Most recreational athletes train hard but never get the results they deserve. The training is not the problem. The nutrition around it is.
Sometimes it comes down to the training plan itself. But more often than not, the athletes who plateau, stay sore and feel drained are not training wrong. They are just not fuelling right.
These are the five things that make the biggest difference. None of them require a complicated nutrition plan.
Swipe through and save this one. These five basics will change how your body responds to every training session.

When the temperature rises, your performance drops. Not because you trained less. Because you lost more than water.
Most athletes drink when they feel thirsty. But thirst is a late signal. By the time it kicks in, your body is already running below its best.
Even a small level of dehydration cuts your speed, your strength and your focus. And water alone does not fix it. Sweat takes sodium, potassium and magnesium with it. Those are not replaced by drinking water.
The good news is that this is one of the easiest performance gains available to any athlete. You just need to know what to replace and when.
Swipe through to see what actually happens when you sweat and how to stay ahead of it this summer.

Running a 5K and running a marathon are not the same sport. And they definitely do not run on the same fuel.
Most recreational runners eat the same way regardless of the distance. That works fine for a short race. But the longer the distance, the more nutrition stops being optional and starts being part of your performance.
Sometimes it comes down to how well you have trained. But more often than not, the athletes who fade in the final kilometres are not the ones who trained less. They are the ones who fuelled less.
Swipe through to see exactly how the fuel strategy changes from a 5K to a marathon and what your body actually needs for each distance.

Same training schedule. Same number of sessions. Same effort every week.
So why do some athletes keep making progress while others stay stuck?
Sometimes it comes down to the training itself. But more often than not, the training is not the problem. The bigger factor is what happens around it. The food before a session that loads the tank. The protein after that rebuilds the muscle. The carbohydrates during a long effort that keep the engine running.
Training without the right fuel is like driving on empty. You can push as hard as you want, but the tank decides how far you go.
Which one are you?

You train consistently. You push hard every session. So why does it feel like you are going backwards?
Most of the time it is not your training plan that is the problem. It is what you are eating around it.
Even a well-trained body breaks down without the right fuel. If you recognise any of these three signs, your nutrition is holding your performance back.
The good news is that fixing it does not require a complete overhaul. It starts with understanding what your body actually needs before, during and after training.
