Winkelgalerij Bourdon Arcade wordt meer en meer een veganistische plek. Stijn Sprengers (33), kleinzoon van een slager, opent er samen met zijn mama Mieke Waterloos (57) en zijn zus Daphne (31) een plantaardige supermarkt. Hun vegan bistro ‘knol&kool’ blijft en bevindt zich daar middenin.
