☀️ VITAMIN D2 AND D3 - WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE AND WHICH IS THE BETTER CHOICE?

Both forms can increase vitamin D levels, but studies show that D3 generally raises and maintains 25(OH)D levels more effectively than D2.

Since vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin, excessive intake of high doses can be harmful. If a deficiency is confirmed, the appropriate dose should be based on individual needs and the recommendation of a healthcare professional.
