I couldn't be more grateful for having Yoga as a tool to cope with the uncertainties of this roller coaster called life.

Accepting the cycles that are part of my human existence in this world is not an easy task, but stillness and breath bring me back to my essence, and once I'm there, things aren't as scary as they seemed to be.

Take a deep breath in ... hold it for a sec, and let it all go.
