Most people don’t have a “back problem.”
They have a daily habit problem.

You sit for hours.
You move without awareness.
You train… but keep the same patterns.

So the pain leaves…
and then comes back.

Again.

It’s not about finding the perfect workout.
It’s about changing how you use your body
every single day.

That’s where real relief starts.

If this hit you, save this.
You’ll need the reminder.

And tell me:
what hurts the most right now?

I couldn’t resist joining the trend… and behind this image there are years immersed in anatomy, in science, and in the complexity of the human body. There has been dedication, quiet study, questions, growth, and above all, a daily commitment to every patient who places their trust in me. 📚🥰

As a physiotherapist, I see this every day. Real healing is not only about relieving pain, fixing posture, or improving mobility. It’s also about changing the habits, patterns, and routines that keep the body in the same cycle.

Manual therapy helps. Exercise helps. Education helps.
But lasting results happen when the patient is ready to take part in the process.

Are you willing to let go of what’s holding you back?

8 years since that day…

Eight years ago, I crossed an invisible threshold. It was not just the end of a degree, but the beginning of a lifelong commitment to care, movement, and people. Becoming a physiotherapist taught me that the body is more than muscles and bones. It carries stories, resilience, and the ability to begin again.

Throughout these years, I learned that care goes far beyond technique. It is presence, listening, empathy, and respect for each person’s time. Every patient, every challenge, and every lesson helped shape the professional I am today.

Looking back at moments captured with inspiring professors, meaningful courses, and conferences that expanded my perspective, I clearly see how this journey was built through dedication and continuous learning.

Today, I celebrate eight years as a physiotherapist with pride and emotion, especially for living this journey in Canada. Honoring the path I’ve walked, the people who walked it with me, and everything that is still to come.

Because being a physiotherapist is not just what I do.
It is who I am. ❤️

Honored and grateful to have been part of the Filipino Badminton Cup this weekend. 💙🏸
Being there, watching people move, compete, smile, and push their limits, reminded me of something simple but powerful: the difference we can make in someone’s life through movement.

Whether it’s inside the clinic or in moments like this event, helping someone feel safe in their body, move without fear, or experience a moment free of pain is transformative. Sometimes it’s a small adjustment, a bit of awareness, a breath… and suddenly the body opens, the motion flows, and the person feels capable again.

Leaving this event with a full heart and the reminder that this is exactly why I do what I do:
to help people live, move, and enjoy life with confidence, anywhere, from the treatment room to the court. ✨🌿

Here is the truth👇🏻

Evidence shows that most episodes of back pain improve a lot when you work on movement, mobility, strength, sleep, and stress. Pain often reflects sensitivity, not damage.

Your spine isn’t fragile — it’s adaptable. With the right inputs, your body can feel better, move better, and stay less sensitive to pain.. 🔬

🤯 Have you ever had this feeling about any pain? Tell me here...

The past few months have been one of the toughest journeys I’ve ever taken. Studying full-time, every single day, chasing the dream of becoming a licensed physiotherapist, it tested not only my knowledge, but also my discipline, patience, and mental strength. There were days I felt drained, moments I wondered if I’d make it, and nights where my only fuel was the belief that all this effort had meaning.

What saved me was remembering what I teach others, that healing isn’t just physical. Moving my body every day, spending time in nature, and allowing myself to breathe between study sessions and spending this short time also with my family and friends gave me the energy to keep going. In the end, balance wasn’t just something to practice, it was what allowed me to finish this chapter standing tall, body and mind in harmony. 🌿

Most people see pain as an enemy.
Something to fight, silence, or avoid.

But pain is actually a messenger!

📍 It’s your body asking for attention.
📍It’s movement asking for correction.
📍It’s your nervous system trying to protect you.

Pain isn’t trying to stop you, it’s trying to guide you.

When you understand that, you stop treating only the symptom and start addressing the pattern, the cause, the movement.

My job as a physiotherapist is take the pain away and also help you understand it, so you can move freely and trust your body again.

🌿 Pain is information. Learning to listen is the first step toward moving without fear.

HELLO CANADA! 🇨🇦

It’s been a while since I last showed up here, but what a journey it’s been! Over the past years, I’ve been living an incredible experience abroad, working as a physiotherapist assistant in Toronto.

This chapter has been intense, challenging, and deeply rewarding. I’ve had the privilege of treating and learning from patients from more than 50 different countries, each bringing unique perspectives, stories, and ways of moving through life.

The experience has completely expanded my vision as a physio, reinforcing that movement, empathy, and connection truly transcend borders.

And now, after a long journey validating my professional license, I can finally say that I’m back to doing what I love most — helping my patients again, this time as a Physiotherapist Resident in Toronto!
More updates are coming soon about my new practice locations... stay tuned! ❤️
