Client Spotlight | Edna

There’s a new reason to visit San Luis Obispo’s w**e country. Edna SLO brings together a neighborhood market, a tasting room pouring local w**es, and — opening November 5 (next week!)—the Restaurant at Edna (The Restaurant at Edna.). Culinary Director and Partner Jeremy Fox and Executive Chef Matthew Schaler lead the food program, with menus shaped by the Central Coast’s farms and changing seasons.

We partnered with the Edna team on PR, helping introduce their vision and share the story behind the new restaurant.

Client Spotlight | Sur Lie

Congratulations to Craig and Mowgli Rivard, the team behind Little Fox, who recently opened Sur Lie right across the street in St. Louis’ Fox Park neighborhood. The w**e-led bistro brings together European-inspired cooking, a thoughtful w**e list, and the neighborhood hospitality the couple is known for, all in a design-forward space where you can stop in for a glass or settle in for the evening.

We partnered with the Sur Lie team on their brand identity, website, and PR, helping bring their vision into focus and share their story ahead of opening.

Our founder Elizabeth D. Tilton reflection on where we were, where we are, and where we are going.

It’s rare to get a moment to slow down and reflect in this industry. Another service. Another opening. Time is precious, and it seems to move quicker every day. This year, we felt the industry was at an inflection point, and that spending time in thought was too critical to skip. The result: Hospitality in 2036.

Elizabeth D. Tilton built the first version of it for the FAB FAB Conference’s tenth anniversary in Charleston this summer, and couldn’t stop iterating on it, so she expanded it into something bigger — her honest attempt to answer what actually broke in this industry over the last ten years, where we really are right now, and what this business looks like a decade from now. All argued through the P&L, because the numbers are what we actually have to look at in this business.

We worked with their ownership team to refine their Brand Values and build out an extensive Service & Culture Manual for their first hotel project and its F&B outlets. Client Spotlight | Lion’s Share

Lion’s Share is a chef-led, hearth-driven tavern in Nashville’s Sylvan Park neighborhood, inspired by London drinking clubs and classic hunting and fishing lodges. Bringing “comfort and adventure” to the west side, the restaurant pairs wood-fired, seasonally driven dishes with a luxe-but-playful room that feels right for celebrations.

We partnered with the Lion’s Share team across PR, HR, and building a website that reflects the warmth and ambition of the restaurant. We’re so proud to see Lion’s Share recognized as one of Modern Luxury Nashville’s Best New Restaurants.
