It’s been far too long since I’ve done a headstand… and apparently I chose *uneven beach sand* as the place to try again 😅🏖️

Was it the smartest decision? Probably not.
Did it feel so good to reconnect with something I love? Absolutely. (Also muted this video to spare everyone the dramatic squawking sounds I made 😂)

💜A little reminder: try again. Whatever it is calling you back. The hobby, the dream, the practice, the version of yourself you miss. It doesn’t have to be perfect to begin again.

Yoga and getting inverted will always be one of my greatest loves. 🙏🏽

Some seasons are meant to be quiet.
Some healing is supposed to be private.
And the most powerful transformations happen when no one is watching.

You’re allowed to take your time.
You’re allowed to grow in silence.
You’re allowed to strengthen your roots before you rise.

One day, the world will feel the shift.
For now… trust the work you’re doing in the dark.
It’s still growth.
It’s still sacred.
It’s still enough.

Sooo I finally did a thing 🐾🌴

I officially created a page for my pet sitting services — ** ** 🤍

Some of you may not know, but I’ve actually been pet sitting since 2012 (yes, over a decade 😅). What started as helping friends and family turned into something I genuinely love doing.

✨ A few fun facts about me as a pet sitter;
• I will talk to your pets like they are people (full conversations 😂)
• I’m very big on understanding animal behavior — I take time to learn their personalities, not just “watch” them
• I’ve cared for everything from tiny kittens to big protective dogs (Rottweilers have a special place in my heart 🥹)
• I send lots of updates because I know how it feels to miss your baby
• I genuinely treat every pet like they’re my own

Women deserve to be appreciated every single day! For the strength we carry, the lives we nurture, the communities we hold together, and the quiet resilience we show even when no one is watching.

For the things only women can do;
creating life,
holding families together,
turning pain into wisdom,
offering compassion while still standing strong,
and continuing to rise through every challenge life places in our path.

And a special shoutout to the incredible women in my life who support, inspire, and uplift me every day! You know who you are. 💜

Here’s to celebrating women not just on March 8th, but every day of the year. ✨

As the new lunar cycle begins, I’m taking a moment to honor the past year. Every lesson, every challenge, every quiet victory, and every moment of growth.

This photo dump holds pieces of my healing, my rebuilding, my joy, and my becoming. Some days were heavy, some days were beautiful, and all of it shaped who I am stepping into this new year.

In the quiet moments, surrounded by nature, I’m reminded that healing isn’t something we force it’s something we allow. The body speaks, the breath guides, and the nervous system remembers what safety feels like.

So many of us are moving through life in survival mode… holding tension, carrying stress, feeling disconnected from our bodies. This work is about softening. releasing. coming back home to yourself.

This season of my journey is rooted in intentional stillness, deep regulation, and inner alignment and I’m creating space for you to experience that too.

If your mind has been overwhelmed, your body exhausted, or your spirit calling for restoration… this is your invitation to pause and reset.
