Be alert and prevent yourself from heat related illnesses.

Protect yourself from sun's heat🌞.
1. Drink plenty of water🥛. Drink atleast 2 L of water daily. Avoid alcohol and fizzy drinks.
2. Avoid peak heat. Plan your works early morning and evening.
3. Stay indoor during sunny days🫠. Use umbrella and hats🤠 if you have to go outside.
4. Cool your place by using fan or staying in the shade especially under the tree 🌴
5. Wear light and loose clothes...

As diabetes and hypertension cases continue to rise
Today, we conducted NCD screening for age between 18years to 64years .
Out of 110 people screened
Outcomes include 18 people living with hypertension, 18 overweight individuals, 3 in obese class I, 1 in obese class II, 1 underweight person, and 1 with high blood sugar.
